For repairs, please complete the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the model number of the product in need of repair. We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
For urgent repairs, call us at 1-800-966-8261 between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Pacific Standard Time).
