Unless otherwise noted in the products listed below, all Audix products purchased in the USA feature a one-year limited warranty.
All Audix products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase as follows:
3 years for Fusion Series and Condenser microphones
If a product fails within the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, Audix will repair or replace said product at Audix discretion, at no charge with proof of purchase from an authorized Audix dealer. Audix does not pay or reimburse shipping costs for warranty repairs or returns. The warranty excludes any causes other than manufacturing defects, such as normal wear, abuse, environmental damage, shipping damage, or failure to use or maintain the product per the supplied instructions.
No Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. The liability of Audix, if any, for damages relating to allegedly defective products shall be limited to the actual price paid by Dealer for such products and shall in no event include incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
OTHER THAN THIS WARRANTY, AUDIX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS.
AUDIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR BASED ON THESALE, USE, STORAGE OR DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCTS, AUDIXÕS SERVICE WORK, BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF AUDIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon. Venue for any action or proceeding shall exclusively be in Multnomah County, Oregon, U.S.A.

The M63 is a condenser boundary microphone featuring programmable functionality including a local toggle on/off, momentary talk and mute switching, and LED status (red/green) indicators. Optimized for speech, the M63 employs the Micros™ series technology for superior audio quality and performance. The M63 is also the industry’s only programmable boundary microphone with a patented internal shock-mount suspension system to reduce noise caused by touch and surface vibrations.
The M63 uses an internal microprocessor programmed to provide common DSP functions at a fraction of the cost of a typical DSP solution. Only the microphone connection (A+, A- and ground) is required for full functionality when set to internal logic. Phantom power is required (No other power supply is needed). For installations not requiring elaborate DSP programming, the M63 provides an easy-to-operate solution without the cost and labor required for DSP operation.
