Unless otherwise noted in the products listed below, all Audix products purchased in the USA feature a one-year limited warranty.
All Audix products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase as follows:
3 years for Fusion Series and Condenser microphones
If a product fails within the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, Audix will repair or replace said product at Audix discretion, at no charge with proof of purchase from an authorized Audix dealer. Audix does not pay or reimburse shipping costs for warranty repairs or returns. The warranty excludes any causes other than manufacturing defects, such as normal wear, abuse, environmental damage, shipping damage, or failure to use or maintain the product per the supplied instructions.
No Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. The liability of Audix, if any, for damages relating to allegedly defective products shall be limited to the actual price paid by Dealer for such products and shall in no event include incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
OTHER THAN THIS WARRANTY, AUDIX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS.
AUDIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR BASED ON THESALE, USE, STORAGE OR DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCTS, AUDIXÕS SERVICE WORK, BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF AUDIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon. Venue for any action or proceeding shall exclusively be in Multnomah County, Oregon, U.S.A.

With a miniaturized element of only 3 mm, the HT7 qualifies as the smallest microphone in the AUDIX lineup.The professional-grade omnidirectional HT7 features a comfortable earpiece that can be worn around either the left or right ear and a durable and adjustable length boom arm. The HT7 may be used wireless or wired with an optional phantom power adapter. Engineered for using wireless bodypack systems such as AUDIX wireless systems, the HT7 condenser microphone can be used with other brands of wireless body packs.
